Privacy notice
This notice covers the waitlist on miraventura.com. Last changed on 8 October 2026.
Who is responsible
The waitlist is run by Coastal Coding, who is the controller of the data described here. You can reach us at hello@miraventura.com.
What we store
When you join the waitlist, the waitlist database stores two things:
- the email address you gave;
- the date and time you gave it.
The waitlist database holds nothing else about you: no name, no IP address, no details of your browser or device, no location.
If you write to us by email, we keep your message as ordinary correspondence.
Why, and on what basis
We use your address for one thing: to write to you when Miraventura can be tried. The lawful basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by asking to be removed.
We do not sell your address and we do not use it for anything else.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this site and the database that holds the list, on our behalf. To deliver the pages, Cloudflare handles the technical details of your request, such as your IP address. We keep no logs of them.
- Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form. It processes signals from your browser, such as your IP address and technical details of the browser, to tell people from bots. We receive only its answer, pass or fail, and we do not store those signals. Cloudflare describes this in its Turnstile privacy addendum.
Nobody else receives your address.
How long we keep it
Until Miraventura has launched and we have written to you, or until you ask to be removed, whichever comes first. Your address is then deleted from the waitlist.
Cloudflare keeps a recovery history of the database for a limited period, and a deleted address may remain in that history until the period ends. We do not use it from there.
Your rights
You can ask us whether your address is on the list and for a copy of what the list holds about it, and you can ask us to remove it. Write to hello@miraventura.com from the address in question.
We answer only the address itself, so that nobody else can find out whether you are on the list or have you taken off it. If you write from a different address, we will send a message to the one you named and act once it has been answered from there.
If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can also complain to your data protection authority. In the United Kingdom that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
